Who should ride the HoverBoard??

A vehicle that works in ANY track!

Adding a HoverBoard to Guts and Glory has been one of the most popular requests and now I've finally figured out a way to add it that makes sense.

This vehicle would be available on any track, but would also have vertical lift on Class F (flying) courses.  It would be a lot simpler to fly than Larry's rocket chair.

But the big question is...

Who should ride the HoverBoard?
